I'm in my late 20s, but look like I've just left uni.
In terms of just appearance, on an objective level I'm obviously very happy about this, my skincaremaxxing, healthyfoodmaxxing, healthteethmaxxing and supplementmaxxing has obviously worked (my hairline genes have helped). Who doesn't want to look 21 for as long as possible?
On the other hand when I meet up with friends and they all look their age, some even older, I get this weird feeling like I'm being "left behind" which makes no fucking sense because in terms of jobs / life events that isn't the case at all. But just seeing them slowly losing their hair, skin look a little rougher, teeth a little paler while I stand still in appearance makes me feel this way.
Still youthmaxxing of course, but sometimes it makes me think...
