Yes you look good, especially for 30. I dont think the beard will help you at all. If youre interested in actuallly improving you could get a genioplasty for your chin. This would fix the look of the long philtrum and give your chin a better projection. Id also recommend growing your hair out since this shaved skinhead look isnt appealing at all and you should cover your forehead. Besides that look up what a nose reduction could do for you. Do those 3 things and youll look high htn

Get a hair transplant ASAP bro. Grow out your hair, find a stylist once you have a suitable hairline back. Maybe grow out a stubble if you can. All the best!
