Sluggish n I felt heavy for some reason. Prolly shitty circadian rhythm and sleep. Popping 40mg of Cialis didn't help, migraine still persists. Stuffy nose

When that happens I usually soak my shirt in cold water and it helps cool me down a bit. The water acts like sweat except you don’t have to sweat to get it
