At first I thought you were talking about the nasolabial folds, lack of under eye support, narrow maxilla, and philtrum longer than an anaconda. I’d be more worried about those than something 1 visit to a dermatologist could fix.

edit: upturned feminine pig nose too

That sucks dude, I have really sensitive skin as well, sometimes my mouth area just tightens up hard and gets really red and flaky and I can’t open my mouth and move other parts of the face. Often get eczema as well. Skin issues fucking suck and is pretty bad for mental health

still skin issues can be mentally debilitating ngl especially if it's aggressive and not even pharmaceuticals help much..

Btw i will give you a tldr:
SD comes from hypersensibility to Malassezia, a yeast we all have.
You have to kill the yeast and then not feed it, almost everything feeds it so you should buy stuff that doesn't contain any ingredient that Malassezia can use to grow (you can check them on sezia.co)
So:
1) use an antifungal shampoo on the areas with SD
2) use Malassezia safe moisturizers
3) if shampoo stops working use another one with a different antifungal agent (you can rotate them) usually Malassezia doesn't adapt to zinc pyrithion.
