Feeling alone at new school

I miss my old class so much. I had friends i could laugh with, joke around with, or just sit next to and feel okay. Now Im at a new school, and I dont know anyone.

The first few days were awful. I’d sit alone at lunch, watching everyone else hang out and laugh in their groups. Between classes, it was the same i had no one to talk to, no one to walk with.

I didn’t realize how much I took my old friends for granted. I just wish I could go back for one day and be with them again, even if it’s just to sit and do nothing. Everything here feels so empty without them.
