Feeling depressed with no reason

The past few weeks I've been feeling very depressed and low energy despite going to the gym, having a healthy diet, sleep schedule and a girlfriend.
Something just doesn't click and I'm very upset.
I don't think I'm too low T either, compared to my past self.
What do I do boyos? :(:feelsrope:

Endotoxin + serotonin overproduction
Your gut is overwhelmed I would imagine
 
For me anxiety, depression = metabolism + digestion
 
What do I do then, I am tired of being so dim
Bulk on fruit as main carb source, avoid starches
Have regular bowel movements (magnesium/coffee can help)
