Take melatonin and sit in bed for a while eventually youll get sleepy. im writing this in bed and im already feeling tired. dont take it every day thought because youll get an immunity only take it the first two-three days of your fast after that you wont be hungry and you can sleep easy without it.

I don’t do extended fasting anymore but melatonin doesn’t make me sleepy just keeps me Asleep with fucked up dreams and this from only 2mg
