i feel like i’m used to frauding so hard i feel disgusted with the way i look normally.

facially dysmorphia is so bad rn i hopped on cycle and absolutely nuked my health indicators.

anyone got advice for my skin? currently on mt2 so don’t mind the pimples.

bro i’ve done everything, my skin was clear 2 months ago. even after accutane. my diets fine and my sleep is locked in 10:30-8 everyday. i think it’s because im on stuff rn so its just a hormonal flare up but its genuine ropefuel lmao

Just setup a skincare routine or smth for that skin

Im going to explain colors to a blind person. Then im going to explain sound to a deaf person. Im going to remind them both afterwards that they should manually breath, blink, and that they can see their noses. Then the fish will ok

so whats ur diet mainly consist of rn
i have tuna and rice twice a day and then like plain pasta pre workout that’s literally it.

i also take like 12+ sups
and 2 ancillary’s for my cycle

just eat meat and dairy and youll be fine bro
