Honestly considering suicide not even kidding. Any depressedcels here? Literally haven't talked to pretty much anyone rl in a year because of coronavirus stuff.

The best cure for depression is weightlifting + intense cardiovascular activity (or sports).

Do both of those things, do them often and you'll stop being depressed all the time.

Yeah I compete in a sport (just training alone pretty much for months now, sometimes talk with coaches) and got an injury a couple of weeks ago which has made me super depressed because I haven't been able to train properly (except for physio exercises, some bodyweight and abs). I should be fully healed in like 2 weeks so it should all be better then.
