Feeling Scared When Tired

It's kinda hard to tell but basically i feel so anxious and scared when i'm tired.

Looksmaxing sound so ridiculous too. Like, why should i take so much risk for just "looks"? Using fin , getting procedures etc. I'm starting to feel like "peace and health is the most important thing, i don't care about looks".
Suddenly feeling so scared about all the risk i'm taking.


And then after a proper sleep, i'm like hell yeahhhh let's go JFL

ugliness (especially in this day and age) leads to high cortisol and depression which leads to shitty health, both mental and physical.

i'm not that ugly. normie at worst. also since i'm high nt, nearly everyone likes me around.

your fear seems nonsensical since when you wake up in the morning you no longer fear that thing. next time just try to ignore it. don't force yourself, just let it be without the back and forth. eventually your brain will get bored of that thought because you no longer participate.

true.

i remember when i started to workout, i was so lazy and feeling so tired. back and forth i acted like "let's do this tomorrow" but when i start a workout session and finish it properly, i was feeling like "thankfully i didn't pussied out this time". eventually i stopped being a loser because i knew that if i do this i feel good, so i never feel tired when i go workout nowadays, even if i feel really tired.

The answer is lower t in the evening. I have the same problem as you, but i just try to think as calmly as possible and not think to much at the same time
