feeling shit after watching a movie

i feel so fucking shit after watching movies. i dont want any horror movies so idk how i would feel after watching them but every now and then i watch a romance movie and i feel like dying once i finish it.

while watching i imagine a different life, one where i can live like those in the movies away from my current life. however once the movie ends the dream obviously ends as well and now i feel depressed.
