Feeling shorter with insoles in?

Why do i feel shorter/no effect at all when i wear height insoles?

Ive tried 2cm, 4cm, and 6cm but it doesn’t matter which one i use since i still feel like i am either the same height or sometimes even shorter for some reason.

Any solutions? Or is it an illusion or something

this is a severe case of body dysmorphia, just an illusion if you convince yourself youre short nothings going to help, with 6 cm insoles you should notice that youre taller

Same thing happens with me, turned out after a while it caused anterior pelvic tilt so I just ditched insoles as a whole.

maybe, but i feel like i somehow compress the insoles so they give me less height than advertised, when is stand next to my friends with and without them i feel like im not noticeably taller

APT check your posture and don't go over 2 inches, only use them to go out occasionally, you'll end up shorter if you get your posture fucked.

Yes, immediately, my recommendation would be to use them exclusively on social events, like going out to a club, APT is hell, most incels have that posture from sitting all day and quads/hip flexors getting overworked.

Tallmenshoes with a flat insole mog, use them with long baggy pants that don't look too retarded so people don't call you out, something like this works, you'll get height increase without fucking out your posture, and since it seems like you may already be developing APT and it is why insoles aren't working that well on you, it should work

For now try fixing your posture because you might have already fucked it up as i said, you need to train abs, hamstrings and glutes and stretch your hip flexors and quads, even if you don't have APT as of now it will give you a much better posture and will reduce lower back pain if you have to sit a lot

Yeah, i don't go to the gym anymore because i lack the time and i've been depressed, but hip thrusts were easily a top 3 exercise, especially low reps, my sexual performance went through the roof with them, if you like fucking like a brute, strong thrusts will make any slut cum and end up with lots of pelvic pain the next day

My top muscles to work are probably glutes, hamstrings, delts and forearms, and some grip strength training here and there mogs as well
