I’ve been on no carbs for like a few days and I’m feeling weak as hell and I have a stomach ache. I pooped like three times today granted I had some buffalo wings last night but other than thats I’ve just been eating red meat, chicken and fruits and veggies.

Is this really the move? I know about keto flu but how long should it last?
