It's day 3/11 of the first part of my diet, where I'm doing the following:
Aproximately 1250kcal:
280g protein
<20g carbs
<10g fats
Even though the diet is not "Keto", since I'm pretty much on 0 carbs and was eating +400g daily before the diet, my body shifted and my glycogen depleted like crazy. Because of this the kidneys dump sodium, water, potassium, magnesium. I have never peed so much in my life (not even when I used diuretics), and I was retarded and didn't salt my food enough.
I woke up this morning and literally couldn't move, I had the most intense dizziness and stomach ache (very common in the day 2-3 of starting a no carb diet). Luckily I chat gpted it and it told me to drink some chicken broth so I slammed that shit which is LOADED in salt and within 30 minutes everything went away.
Went from 70.6kg to 69.2kg in 2 days of dieting. I was wondering why I was looking so peeled and dry already (death by dehydration speedrun)
Anyways guys, hope you are salting the fuck out of your food, and replenishing the rest of electrolytes too while you diet aggresively or you are cooked (like me).
