It's day 3/11 of the first part of my diet, where I'm doing the following:

Aproximately 1250kcal:
280g protein
<20g carbs
<10g fats

Even though the diet is not "Keto", since I'm pretty much on 0 carbs and was eating +400g daily before the diet, my body shifted and my glycogen depleted like crazy. Because of this the kidneys dump
sodium, water, potassium, magnesium. I have never peed so much in my life (not even when I used diuretics), and I was retarded and didn't salt my food enough.

I woke up this morning and literally couldn't move, I had
the most intense dizziness and stomach ache (very common in the day 2-3 of starting a no carb diet). Luckily I chat gpted it and it told me to drink some chicken broth so I slammed that shit which is LOADED in salt and within 30 minutes everything went away.

Went from 70.6kg to 69.2kg in 2 days of dieting. I was wondering why I was looking so peeled and dry already (death by dehydration speedrun) :lul:

Anyways guys, hope you are salting the fuck out of your food, and replenishing the rest of electrolytes too while you diet aggresively or you are cooked (like me).

miss my carbs so much ;(

Very aggresive fat loss

I hate cutting, I have tried every diet except this one tbh. Last time I did my cut I kept my carbs EXTREMELY high, low(ish) protein and very low fat. Still felt like shit and was insanely hungry.

So let's see how this diet works out. I have felt no hunger (no GLP drugs either) these past few days so I hope it continues like this.

I've been there on a cut, dropped 1.5kg overnight and looked shredded AF but felt like a zombie.
Pro tip, track your piss color, if it's clearer than vodka, up the salts ASAP

It's an interesting diet tbh, it's based on the fact that only dietary EPA and DHA are essential for covering the basics your body needs.

So you avoid all other fats and just supplement with 1.8g-3g of EPA+DHA combined per day.

It's called a Protein Sparing Modified Fast.

Just 3 meals per day, looks something like this:

- 400g chicken breast or very lean red meat

- 95g protein powder + water

- 200g white fish or 400ml egg whites to switch it up
500g 0% fat yogurt (pre bed, to sleep better since it has a tiny amount of carbs)

and daily supplements first and last meal

you can eat SOME veggies too, I do some green asparagus or brocoli, and then add spices to your food, maybe soy sauce if you need extra salt, pretty much 0 calorie foods like konjac noodles, or cucumber.

oh and coke zero, sugar free energy drinks, all that shit with 0 kcals is allowed.

but the basis still remains.

Of course bro, any diet works realistically.

The only thing that matters is that is has less calories than you need per day (so you actually lose weight) and that you stick to it for a prolonged period.

After that the amount of protein, fats or carbs are based on goals and preference so you can stick to it.

The main benefit with this one is that it is so aggresive that you lose fat really fast, so instead of cutting for 2 full months at let's say 2000kcals, you could probably get the same results in 20 days at 1250kcals.

I suffer pretty much the same, regardless of the diet. Just knowing that I'm restricted fucks me up mentally hahaha I get anxiety. So I'm trying to get this shit over with as fast as possible.

Muscle loss isn't really a problem on this diet, since protein is insanely high (plenty of evidence to back this up).

I obviously added salt, it’s just that on this diet you need like 3-5g of sodium, which is up to 12.5g of FUCKING SALT

I’m not adding that much nigga, I add a normal amount hahaha

Today I added maybe 5 times the amount I usually add and it was only 1.5g salt

Drink less water you flush out the electrolytes (sodium, potassium, etc), which leads to keto flu because your electrolytes are poor, keep it in mind
