What are your copes?
For me it's feeding and watching chicken, some gardening and playing video games and lifting some weights at home. I wanted to learn an instrument but I'm too low IQ and lazy to do so.

I wish I won the lottery so I wouldn't have to see people other than my family. I wouldn't be reminded of my inferiority all the time.

I feed lorikeets that show up at my backyard every day. They jump and sit on my hand when I hold some seeds, grapes or bread to feed them. I play the piano almost everyday, it feels epic once you're able to play something.
I get most of my dopamine from this forum, some other PSL-ers who I talk with over discord and through music.
