felt like a near death panic attack on weed

last night i took some thc to sleep ( i have a very high tolerance so i dont feel much ) however after one puff i started to get really high to the point where my head started spinning , blurry vision and i was trembling up the stairs until i fell over and i just layed there whole body was sweating , it felt like my body was shutting down aka dying, i woke up today still mentally shaken , do i quit now ?

yea just a small hit but turned into a full blown panic attack , i usually dont feel anything after 1 and use it to just gts been doing this for 3 years and never had a problem like this
