You sure it did not reduce but left completely?

Voluma is VERY durable... like 18 months.

Many people say that initial results are HUGE, but then it goes away for 2 weeks something, and only after a month it comes back, when the filler attracts water again, and swells. kinda. And the results are less than initially. For this reason, when more voluma is needed, you need to wait around 2 weeks - month before adding on.

If it really left: not sure if you should be sad or happy.

Sad cause fillers will not last.
Happy cause you have GREAT FAST METABOLISM!
