These women do not care about you unless you are chad, or they just lack empathy skills in general.
Short story of an experience i had last year.
I was on a night out, hanging with a group of friends + mutuals. This chick I had talked to previously walked up to me and complemented the scarf that I was wearing to which I responded it was a gift from my father. She then replied that I must have a good family dynamic, hinting that she herself did not. I laughed it off and told her that both of my parents were dead (I am 19, was 18 at the time so this is fairly shocking to most). She then replied in an attempt to relate that her brother died which is not really comparable but I just said that I was sorry
. Another girl nearby overheard our conversation, and came up to us, ignored me and asked the girl I was speaking to how old she was when it happened in a very sympathetic manner, and this bitch said "I was really young because it was a still birth".
I just walked away but I laugh everytime I think about this. I literally do not care and was not offended at all but I think this shows how female empathy is only reserved for other women and chads. I don't really hate women at all but sometimes I understand why certain people think that way lol.
