The only option I have is removing the fat pads; they can certainly have an effect one way or another, since hollow cheeks tend to give a masculine look.

I have a prominent Adam's apple and an estimated height of 184 cm; I really don't want to mess that up with treatments—in fact, I'd ideally like to grow to 188 cm.
