Female gaze on women?

I've just watched a video of a girl talk about the negative effects of social media. This video was made by a woman designed for women so I was interested to see a female point of view on social media. Something I found interesting about this video was how the women portrayed as the unattainable beauty standard on these social media platforms did not look attractive to me whatsoever. The women in this video that were portrayed as the ideal female physique were just extremely skinny and blonde, like anorexic tier skinny. Later in the video it is revealed that these photoshop was used to gain these unattainable results.

This leads me to assume that the metric women use to asses the SMV of themselves and other women unrelated to what men value in women, an inverted female gaze.

Is there any proof to back up this conclusion and how can I further understand what this inverted gaze is?

P.S. Also if my conclusions are correct it leads me to believe that female mate choice can be manipulated by women in order to stunt the fertility of the women who do not get with the male beauty ideal.

The most attractive quality a woman can have from a man's perspective is health (physical, mental and social). If you are healthy woman you are attractive. It seems like social media has distorted our perceptions of self to such an extreme that this fact has become lost in some kind of post modernistic hellhole.

skinny blonde look is not anorexic it simulates what normal teen girl with that phenotype with healthy lifestyle look like

Interesting, but I want to add the same happens with male gaze on males. Men think swole, tall, hyper masculine dude is aesthetic, but women don’t care. In a way, just like female gaze on females is detrimental to them, male gaze on males is detrimental to us. Both sexes in general don’t take into account what the opposite sex wants and when we externalize our dimorphic beauty standards, we do shitty job of basing our ideals on reality. Secondly, blaming it on media is a cope, as media is a unified amplifier of collective consciousness and it represents our consumer wants. If men stop watching action hero movies with these hypermasculine men, they won’t make them. If women stop following the anorexic fashion media, they won’t push for it. It comes from our innate biases, not from media force feeding us.
Here are three of my hypotheses: females as gender set value systems, not male; this is because male preferences in female are constant and thus easy to placate and don’t matter, but female preferences in males are ephemeral and thus matter since they are harder to placate, and females subconsciously confound males as a mating strategy to deny value of male as the prize but keep male prizing female.
As for the female preference in female, they set value systems again based on what is ephemeral and prized, just to confound norm, and it is not based in reality (as it’s purpose is to be anti reality).
