I'm still extremely green when it comes to looksmaxxing, insofar as that entails finetuning every aspect of one's appearance for aesthetics.

I've always been taken aback by athletics and feats of strength, so when I was exposed to Pavel Tsatsouline and the RKC, it seemed fit for purpose. Ever since then, I've never reassessed my goals- until this formal looksmaxxing/lookism ideology became known to me.

Anyway, suffice it to say, of course I want to develop a physique optimised for the female gaze, but I'd perish the thought of becoming less functional.

I imagine that the trade is gonna look slightly like keeping the lower body and posterior chain geared towards lower volume / higher intensity / more explosive, conversely, focusing the upper body on higher volume / moderate intensity / more time under tension?
Also, would this kinda see me moving away (completely or greatly reducing) from some of the complexes like Deep Six? I don't really do much isolation stuff, other than neck and grip work, plus various recovery protocols I've patched together from different sources.

Has anyone gone through this kinda transition? If so, what were your experiences? Do you feel you've lost some of your strength/power? How did you mitigate this?

female gaze for muscles is cope nga, optimize strength as long as you dont look like a tub of lard, the boost to your ego knowing you could rape any person around you and they could do nothing to resist is way better then slight increase to appeal

Dnr anyways

Functional strength is fucking cope. You should be going to the gym purely to get aesthetic and muscle. Just do machine exercises or compounds and shit whatever floats your boat, not some fucking kettlebell swings or some deadlifts. You're in looksmax.org, not a fucking bodybuilding powerlifting forum moron, unless you are a masochist and like wasting recovery while half assing many things

I'm certain that out of a forum with hundreds of thousands of members, there are a few that have attained the balance I'm looking for.

You know, big numbers equal diversity...

No thanks, bitch.
