Solution to this. Change names, switch states, don’t tell anyone about surgeries, delete all past photos and burn all photos of ur old self, don’t talk about ur looks or blackpill

Yeah if u do get the surgery, u should change ur name and move to a different state as soon as possible. People who seen u ur whole life will know u probably got surgery so u need to move.
