yet they are lazy af.

Ye, they hate it when you don't share things with them even tho you worked for it, because they are seeing you as something that can benefit her and only that. For exemple, signing a contract that says that everything is mine(Cars, house, etc) even she divorce, they will hate that, because she can't use you. But I don't give af and it satisfies me that she can't get anything from me, because my shit are my shit, you can be part of it, but you can't own it.
