she already has a somehwat pronounced mentolabial fold so slapping and implant on that chin would only make it look worse and more unnatural. she needs bimax with some sort of rotation and a small genioplasty instead

Is genio better for preventing that mento fold, than say an implant or filler? If you stretch it out vertically a few mms

with genio you can move the lower part of the chin forward and downwards, which makes the mentolabial fold less apparent than if you only added an implant or fillers there. but it'll still get slightly deeper than it was prior to the surgery, i think that's unavoidable. the best option is to get lower jaw advancement (or bimax if your bite is fine) to bring the mandible forward. if you do that, you won't need as big of a genioplasty on the chin because it will already move with the mandible and will thus be more forward placed

She looks better but not insanely better. Could've had 10x better results with actual jaw surgery, but I suppose the risk-benefit factor is still greater with implants.
