Well in theory yes but if your past puberty it wont make much of a difference as women produce alot of estrogen already as a man you dont produce as near much as you can reap from test. You might notice breast development decrease in LBM skin and hair changes and body fat redistribution but this is studies done on trans men it wont do anything magical like test on men.

There are also many types of estrogen. If its for the purpose of looking more feminine you should take bioidentical estrogen as for the dosage you should take 0.025-0.05. And for getting it try getting prescribed as getting it someplace which has full bs your just gonna fuck yourself up.

Blasting estrogen for women gives them PCOS and other ovarian tumors. They end up infertile, riddled with postules inside their body and start growing facial hair. Not to mention it makes their fat cells larger and they turn obese.
