my bad i didnt know your struggle if your only wish is to get heavier eat rice and chicken and like butter not seed oils thats worked for me i was in deep depression 70kgs-->56kgs now im 75 with my diet kinda primal i eat fruits rice and meat i eat fish i eat red meat i eat chicken just gotta eat past being full
