Feminine pct can look exotic

The top drawing is an example of masculine pct, where the lower eyelid is straight, and the pct is created by the downswung medial canthus/slight positive lateral canthus.
the bottom drawing is an example of feminine pct, when the lower eyelids swoops/curves down than up creating pct.
Imo I think masculine pct is more ideal, however feminine pct can look more exotic and striking, de poot has a slight swoop in his lower eyelids creating that exotic look.

It's called women wearing makeup, or waterliner, you idiot. PCT, PFL, under eye tightness or etc. does not differ between average man and woman, it's all makeup/surgery. Even male models use waterliner or Photoshop or squinching/squinting, almost no one has eyes like you draw.
