There are several websites and videos explaining it to you better than I could ever do, but essencially you should be a "bad boy" with morals. You need to change some behaviors asap. Such as:
No more love letters, no more taking pictures of girls in class. No more spending time obsessing over that or any other girl. Start doing productive things, go to the gym, study, essentially, you need to get a life and be occupied living that life. Think of girls as a mere bonus, not your goal in life.
