avg hieght of a women is 5'6. 3 for men its 5'9.5. Men on average are 35 percent stronger then same aged female peers, they also have more bone density and muscle mass and bigger frames. The strongest guy at your local gym is stronger then the worlds strongest women. Just by me working out at the gym iam stronger then 95 percent of women and probably 75 percent of men.
