what looks more aesthetic and natural looking Femur or tibia lengthening
I know for a fact that Femur is low risk compared to tibia but is there any significant aesthtic difference to consider tibia over femur ?

Depends, I'd go for tibia lengthening bc I've a longer femur and a shorter tibia, visually my tibia looks short also my calves are bulkier. For most people though femur lengthening is preferable.
