Its extremly strong but rather short lasting high from 30 - 60 minutes (Unless its slow time released fentanyl patches )

Fentanyl is 50 Times more potent than heroin.

Its great as a euthanasia drug. But I wouldnt use it for fun cause too much risk of OverDosing.

The best way to use Fentanyl is for painless Euthanasia

Althought its very difficult to aquire. I think even on the dark web its still difficult to source.

it gives you seizures at high doses, and makes due so relaxed that you stop breathing
