Fermentation of the raw milk process, current situation

Left it outside in a dark closet overnight not in the fridge. Just woke up i didnt feel like drinking it rn and the jar wasnt that warm so i think its slightly cold so leaving it for tonight and we'll see whether if it
1. Nothing happens
2. Expires
3. Sours/is still safe to drink

I also kinda messed up with putting it in a jar that previously had peppers in it (market pepper) and it made the milk smell like absolute dogshit. I hope that doesnt affect the taste, i used 180ml so its okay not a big amount, to test. If nothing bad happens ill never refrigerate raw milk again and keep it all outside

And ill try finding kefir grains too, if i can that would be good.

I wouldn’t leave raw milk in the fridge for more than a few days. That shit expires quickly

No, it just ferments, which is a good thing, milk shouldn’t ever be refrigerated
