Fermented veg is over powered as fuck for cutting

13 calories per 100g is fucking insane.

For people that can have 10k+ calorie cheat days (me) it’s a fucking god send to be able to eat 1.5kg of food for less than 200 calories.

Great filler after you’ve eaten all your nutrient dense foods, and have some hunger. Put some hot sauce or something which is also practically 0 calories and your good.

Some people don’t like taste. But it’s beneficial for leanmax.

I just eat it straight. I see zero issues with veg if it’s fermented. Raw is an abomination however.
