Fever with sickness after taking cold shower right after masturbation

I just don’t feel well in general. I feel poorly and subhuman. Feel like I need to vomit or do I just have too much dopamine? I am getting headache, fever, chills and lack of interest in fun activities even I try and think sexual it doesn’t work. I don’t get it
