No, I am not! I have at least 3 more hours to go. I've been up for 29 hours now.

yeah i got it for end of holidays so i fix my sleep cycle easily - acc to studys it helps 80-90% for people with short term insomnia

I have long-term insomnia.

It’s weird because if I sleep 3-4 hours I’ll wake up and be pretty rested, but my energy will crash during the day. If I sleep 8 hours I will wake up tired but won’t lack energy throughout the day

That's interesting. My energy crashes only after 24 hours. I felt it at the 27 hour mark but now it's the 29 hour mark and I'm energetic again.

Weird. Almost pulled and all nighter today (1 hour) and was very tired throughout the day, but now that I got home I feel more energetic. I think environmental factors might also be a cause

Tried sleeping 5 and a half hours before my alarm was supposed to go off (7:25 AM). Tried until I saw I had less than 4 hours and 15 minutes left. No point in trying anymore. I have a long day ahead of me, I have classes from around 9 AM until 8:30 PM. Yeah. Half a day will be spent in university. Gonna do this without any stimulants. I'll be able to sleep once I finally hit the 32 hour mark. FML!!
