FGFR3 Inhibitors for Height

Has anyone looked into FGFR3 inhibitors such as Erdafitinib or Tyra 300? I've been looking into it but I can't tell if it's a good idea or not. For reference FGFR3 is the gene that tells your body to stop growing and seal growth plates. If anyone else could look into this I'd like to discuss it.
