Fiber pill to reduce estrogen?

Does anyone know if fiber reducing e2 makes mechanistic sense, and if it is applicable in men? I have seen opposing views both in academia and forums regarding this.

it doesnt make any sense to me, theyre 2 seemingly random different things
fibers an indigestable compound and estrogen is a hormone

Yeah dude high in fiber foods look just like they will lower your estrogen

I agree with you, I feel like the authors should have at least discussed why the results might even exist. Unfortunately I am too much of an iqlet to understand why this might be the case. Also, the authors stated that fiber reduced “reproductive hormones”, which sort of implies all steroids. This makes me think the fiber impairs some nutrient/cholesterol absorption necessary for steroid synthesis, which means it would reduce test as well.
