true bloat (water retention) from oral minox or creatine that is significant enough to notice in your face is unlikely. realistically its probably fat

Im taking daily 5mg also 5g of creatine, i might have some bloat but i’m just fat atm so it probably doesnt matter, take oral minox before going to sleep so most of the bloating happens while you are asleep

don't be brain-dead and use medical diruetics, just pottasiummaxx .

if you want to use natural diruetics use stuff like dandelion root extract which are available over the counter.
