Yes do nose, you cant breath anyway with a mouthgaurd
Practice a lot and it should come naturally after a while

How do u breath through mouth with a mouth shield in?

I've always breathed through my nose when striking, and tried to sync with head movements (I am very paranoid of getting winded/ko so try to keep my neck and abs SLIGHTLY flexed)

You guys dont seem to be understanding watch canelo and high level boxers they all do quick shirt outbursts through the mouth like a hiss sound obviously breathe through nose when not striking
