Fighting/Cussing my neighbour as he used to spit on drying clothes on the balcony 4-5 years ago.

Yesterday my mum reminded me that 4-5 years ago when I wasn't home and neither my father was, some dipshit always used to spit on the clothes from above that were drying on the balcony(commie block). I remember knowing about it but I didn't bother with it as I thought it wasn't "a real problem". Now I grew up. I was basically a teenager back then, not even 18 years old. But now I weight 100kg with 25.5%BF almost 190cm skinhead and can fight mentally and physically as I was excersizing at home for more than a year. Current age early twenties obviously.

Want to find out the neighbor who did it and then confront this piece of shit. Either fight him or simply cuss him out. The spits were coming vertically (as mum says) so it is either of 3 neighbour above. First neighbours above are basically an old couple that lives in their dachas during summer, so they fall out. Recently befriended neighbor who lived above grandparents and it wasn't him for sure(he told me so). Nowadays he can barely walk after cancer treatment and his wife threw him out of house.(Gonna tell this blackpill story later). So the only one left is faggot who lives 3 stairs above. Gonna ask one more neighbours about it and the go to the suspected apartment and cuss the shit out of the faggot's mother and possibly fight(I dont care if I loose).

Alright everyone. In the apartment that I thought the guy lived I was told "no men here" by other neighbours. And it is probably true. Maybe died from alcoholism or some shit like that.

Honestly I am so depressed after talking to couple of neighbors that I've never met before. Here is the picture of how an average one looks like:

I do not know how to translate this feeling. A feeling of complete futility. What is the point of arguing with some subhuman that can barely live without alcohol. Literally bottom of the society.
