When I fight somebody, I don't have andrenaline spike. So I most fights lose. Idk how to deal with it, i just don't have that adrenaline and it's so buns. How to deal with it

Why are you fighting with people in the first place?

Idk, for fun i think, I'm bored all the time, and suddenly in my town everyone wants to offence me or fight me. Like i was fighting fat dude who was bigger than me like 2 times. And I'm 65 kg 182 cm. And i brutally lose that fight, he said that I look like a girl, and it was gypsy
