I’ve known this girl for three years, but I haven’t seen her in a long time and recently we started going to the same school. I’m pretty sure she used to like me, but I wasn’t too sure as she is a genuinely friendly person so I was uncertain if she was being friendly or liked me. Anyways, my feelings for her recently came back and since I never made a move when we used to know each other, I thought I could now. The issue is that I have this friend who loves attention from girls and still talks to girls that rejected him whenever they are bored and want to talk to someone and he genuinely is a attention whore of a dude. He didn’t even know who this girl was until I pointed her out a few weeks ago, and apparently he started liking her is what I’ve heard from other friends. I accidentally ran into her at her work when I was with a few buddies and one of my friends ran back in without me knowing and asked if she liked me and she gave an uncertain answer and was kind of being playful so I definitely didn’t get a hard no but I didn’t get it yes. I definitely have a higher chance on paper as I am 4 inches tall taller than my friend and he is ltn, but he is also light skin with a goatee which a lot of girls go crazy for. Do I fight my friend over this girl and try to pursue her or do I just sit back and watch and if he goes for her, I will know he is a shitty friend since he knows I like her.
