Main theme ofc is fucking with my sense of adequacy

One way or another.. different thoughts pop up in my head..


I know its rather that i already have that inner state regardless as a consequence of my lifestyle, and it manifests itself into different thoughts, rather it happening the other way...


NONSTOP at this point


This year alone i started so much rumination (ofc not deliberate)




How do i stop this dawgg.. its exhausting..

It's literally been 3 weeks I wake up drenched in sweat and crying
I'm constantly having nightmares about dying I mean long excruciating deaths I mostly bleed out while my "friends" who I thought were my friends watch me with a mist covering their faces I'm genuinely scared sometimes it's not even my friends it's just ppl i knew (crushes; classmates etc..)
