Should I eat these leftover ribs? (even though I already ate 3000 calories worth of food today, half of which were from a cake), if I leave them till tomorrow they will taste like shit, and I can't even microwave them because our microwave decided to rope all of a sudden

Ive been eating in a deficit for the past two weeks consistently, but sometimes days like this come up :feelscry:

fuck you, its 10:30 pm right now

I'am typing this as iam walking around the track near my house, ill be walking for the next 2 hours to get back into a deficit again

i was about to jerk off because i was literally in the mental decision of "ok, im going to jerk off" but postponed it until the urges went away
eating food because its going to waste is a sunk cost fallacy and you literally lose more doing so than not eating it

Just save them for tomorrow unless you did not get enough protein today. You can always get back into a deficit. Just be sure to continue the deficit after that.

Best way to make it easy to manage is to not be near food. Out of sight; out of mind.
