Figured out I have maxillary sinus hypoplasia what to do from here ?

I been trying to show ppl online how one side of my face is recessed and the other is foward grown but everybody been saying im nuts but I finally learned about sinus hypoplasia and it all makes sense it really just is a flatter cheekbone, infraorbital area, and lack of paranasal on one side. Everything else is fine though so should I just get implants to mask it and push the base of the nose foward on one side or should I get jaw surgery with upper midface implants to avoid paranasal implants? It’s hard to find ppl talking about this and barely any results online about it being treated.

Yo wait, i thought i was crazy, i think i have the exact same problem as you, and i havent heard anyone else talk about this either.
One of my zygo's is less projected than the other, and i believe one side of my maxilla is more advanced than the other also

Dm me on Reddit or somethin I hate usin this site don’t get noti’s , but yeah from what I researched it could be maxillary sinus hypoplasia it also makes sense if ur nose it really thin and small width wise like mine is and the bones that ramp up to the bridge that blend the nose to the face are asymmetrical around the paranasal and infraorbital area.
