tretinoin is to be stored at room temperatures. unless youre placing it near direct sunlight it doesnt matter. it takes around 2 years for it to be degraded and refiregation can extend it for a few months but its nothing like how youre saying

the hq definitely went bad some of it is brownish got oxidized

I put all medications in refrigerator from now on unless they have a Do not refrigerate label like minoxidil
