I have legitimately great PFL, good eyelashes, eyebrows and neutral canthal tilt with very very very slight PCT but I have disgusting amounts of UEE. If you ever come to the conclusion which option is the best for this, please let me know. I know fillers are one, fat grafts are permanent and there was a user here who did Botox to relax the muscles and it covered all of his UEE.

Isn't this for people with bad supraorbitals? My browridge hovers over my eyes so I think my UEE is mainly caused by really crappy fat deposits in that area.
