That's too little and too slow. Not saying cardio will definitely work for you. But it really helped me. I didn't start seeing the best benefits until I was running like ~12k at like 5.5m/k. I just did one longer run per week and then a few 5k runs

Bro running is cope. My depression comes from never having a social circle because i am an autistic, ugly manlet aka bottom of society and i never had a gf in my life, let alone any sexual experiences. No amount of running or whatever other bullshit cope people here might suggest will ever be a proper substitute for that
