Filler and tissue stretching

A surgeon today told me, that getting filler is a bad idea, because they will stretch the tissue, and leave sagge bloated skin in the end.
I got 5ml of cheek filler, and really liked the result. I could get them refilled now for a very good price (500 euros). Should i stop getting filler?
It will take me a while to get the money for implants, but i dont want to destroy my face.

5ml in the cheeks? holy fuck and I thought I got too much...

Not sure about the tissue stretching but I'd imagine it takes a while for this effect to happen - people can lose face fat just fine, don't see why filler would be any different unless you get it overdone or are fat for a significant period of time

our body cant break down the filler like it does fat
