filler for asymmetry?

i got tmj which makes my jaw slant.Also affects my lips but i can kinda control it so it looks less weird.One side of my face is flat and it causes major asymmetry.Is filler a viable solution to make my flat side more sculpted or is it very likely that it will mess me up??Its not rlly noticeable irl i just want to not look deformed in pics *others* take of me bruh
